Lead Times

All Frangere products are made to order, and the current lead time is 4-6 weeks.

If you need your piece by a certain date, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We accept rush orders for a fee, which will allow your order to be ready 2-3 weeks from the purchase date. To arrange this, please email hello@frangere.studio before placing your order.

The specified lead time can be subject to change due to current stock levels and the availability of materials from suppliers at the time of purchase. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Your order will be dispatched by our courier services using the fastest delivery method available, and you will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

You will be required to sign for all deliveries made by registered mail and couriers. Inspection of all products is required on delivery. Notification of any damages or shortages in performance is required within 48 hours.

Frangere Studio is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or the customs clearance process.

In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, Frangere Studio is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.


For purchases outside of New Zealand, Frangere Studio is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of certain products.


If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.

Warranty

Frangere Studio provides the following warranty terms and conditions for all Frangere products. 

All warranty questions or claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and extends only to the original purchaser. Images and proof of manufacturing faults and defects may be requested. The warranty is only valid if a valid claim is made within the Warranty Period in accordance with the following guidelines. Please read the guidelines carefully before filing a claim.

ALL PRODUCTS

Frangere guarantees that all products sold are free from manufacturing faults and defects for the product-specific periods outlined below, from the original delivery date.

The warranty guarantee does not cover:

- Any breakage caused by negligent and/or improper use of the goods.

- Changes caused by normal wear and tear

- Any damage caused by lack of and/or erroneous maintenance. Please see the detailed care instructions supplied to you with your product and outlined on snellingstudio.com/product-care

- Any damage due to an accident or force

- Degradation of finish caused by environmental factors.


LIGHTING - 3 YEARS

A warranty of 3 years covers all Frangere lighting products. Our warranty covers the workmanship and finish of materials 3 years from the date of purchase when subject to normal use and care in an appropriate location. No warranty in any case is valid if joint separation or material surface degradation is a result of the product in an environment subject to direct sunlight, moisture or fluctuating temperatures. 


SHIPPING TERMS

Frangere will cover all costs involved in the repair excluding any transport or freight costs associated with the approved claim. Products both for under-warranty and post-warranty repairs are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer also assumes total liability for losses or damages resulting from shipping as well as all responsibility to pursue remuneration for such issues with their selected carrier.


ADDITIONAL TERMS

For product care and maintenance instructions please see your technical care card supplied with your purchase.

If there are any faults with your purchase on receipt of the goods, please make contact within 48 hours of receiving the order. If contact is made outside of the 48 hour window, you are at risk of voiding your warranty.
