Shipping & Returns
All Frangere pieces are handcrafted and dispatched from our Auckland studio in Aotearoa New Zealand. We ship regularly to clients around the world, and all items are wired with components suited to your local electrical standards.
International Deliveries
Frangere does not take responsibility for any taxes, duties, or import fees incurred once an order has left our studio. These charges vary depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a recipient does not complete the required customs or duty payments within the timeframe specified by the shipping provider, the shipment may be automatically returned to New Zealand.
If this occurs, the recipient is responsible for:

all return charges incurred, and
-
all costs associated with resending the shipment, including new shipping fees and any associated customs charges.
Frangere is unable to cover or absorb these costs. We therefore strongly encourage recipients to monitor all delivery and customs notifications closely to avoid delays or additional charges.
We ship Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm NZT. Public holidays are excluded.
For Deliveries to Australia

Our quotes and invoices do not include GST.

GST (10% of the total order value) and a customs entry processing fee will be invoiced separately by the shipping provider once your order arrives in Australia.

You’ll receive a payment link via email or text. Payment must be completed within five business days, or the shipment will be returned.

Customs Processing Fee: approx. AUD $115 for goods under $10,000; approx. AUD $225 for goods over $10,000

Upon Delivery
We kindly ask that you inspect your order on arrival. Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported in writing within three business days of delivery - and prior to installation - by contacting your Frangere representative or emailing hello@frangere.studio.
If damage has occurred in transit, please retain all original packaging, as this may be required for any claims. We assess each case individually and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Returns
Due to the hand-made nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please choose carefully.
